We are a beachside restaurant seeking a competent and experienced Barista to join our team.

Applicants must have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment with 2-year minimum experience making coffee.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to make coffee on their own but also with another person on the machine during busy service periods. 

Applicants must have the knowledge to reset the coffee grinder, fine tune the machine with execute skilled latte art.

• You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
• You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
• You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day, weekend and public holiday shifts
• Must hold a valid Victorian RSA cerftifcate 
• Have full Australian work rigths
• Great communication skills
