Come join the team at The Boathouse Balmoral! Work right on one of the most stunning beaches in Sydney and become part of a team who are dedicated to creating experiences people love. We serve breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and offer takeaway out of our Kiosk serving Single O coffee right onto the beach. On the job and external training is provided, so all levels of experience are welcome to apply, you may be our next star barista, gun server or future team leader! Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant would be ideal, however not required. Likewise, previous barista experience is preferred but not required! Most baristas in our business had never named a coffee before starting with the Boathouse. We use Single O coffee and they offer great training programs, both in the venue and at their training facility.
