JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a busy cafe adjacent to Barangaroo, seeking a competent and experienced Barista to join our team.

Applicants preferably have worked in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • This role requires someone who can set up the equipment in the morning. Dial in your beans and get completely ready for service.
  • You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
  • You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and a master of providing the highest level of customer service
  • You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
  • In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Multiple positions available. Applicants must be flexible and be available to work either Monday to friday full time or weekend shifts
