JOB DESCRIPTION

This role offers a unique opportunity to serve one of Sydney's biggest infrastructure projects. Our coffee outlet offers barista coffee and a range of takeaway meals and snacks - takeaway only. This is a single person run coffee outlet.

This is a full time role - Monday to Friday 4.30am - 1pm.

We require an experienced barista with a passion for great coffee to oversee this project.

Duties include:

  • Making coffee to order
  • Selling pre-made sandwiches, salads, muffins (no cooking required)
  • Liaising with our HQ daily to order drinks, milk, packaging
  • Taking payments by EFTPOS
  • Keeping our equipment sparkling clean

Essential to the role:

  • Early morning starts
  • Ability to work solo
  • Hospitality experience with minimum 2 years coffee background (20kg coffee / week)
  • Excellent communication
  • Customer service focus
  • Appropriate work visa for full time employment
  • Immediate start available
  • Site induction & training provided

REQUIREMENTS

White card is required for site access. If you do not hold one, we will arrange this for you. It is a 1 day course.

Following this, a site induction will be arranged.
