With our stores continuing to grow, we are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and highly engaged team members to join our already successful in-store teams. Between our six shops, we’re open 7 days a week and can offer flexible shifts with an easy-to-use online rostering system to ensure you’re working the days that suit both you and us. • Excellent customer service an communication skills with a proven history of hospitality experience
• Barista skills are highly encouraged, though please do apply if you don’t yet have any training
• To be available to work on the weekend
• An exceptional standard of hygiene and the ability to contribute to a clean working environment
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to pride in your work
• A sense of calm and approachableness in what can sometimes be a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and to thrive in a team environment

Baketico are artfully curated bakeri and larder stores that offer Raymond Capaldi’s renowned Wonder Pies, as well as artisanal breads, handmade sweets and delicious grab-and-go deli produce. The stores are designed to build a sense of community amongst locals by creating a go-to destination. There are six stores across Melbourne, thoughtfully placed from north to south to ensure you’re always close to a Code Black coffee or Melbourne’s best voted sausage roll.
