JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Barista/All-Rounder to join our team!

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering consistently great coffee, and has a strong understanding of cafe operations.

All team members at our café contribute to the full range of daily tasks — including making smoothies and açaí bowls, waitressing, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized workspace.

A flexible, team-oriented attitude is essential!

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in specialty coffee making

* Confident latte art skills and a keen eye for presentation

* Solid knowledge of all coffee equipment, including:

* Opening & closing procedures

* Adjusting grinders for consistent quality

* Following and maintaining coffee recipes & standards

* A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team

* Willingness to support front-of-house duties and general cafe operations as needed
