We are looking for an amazing, experienced, customer focused Barista/Food Handler to join our team. You will be eager, enthusiastic, friendly, patient and competent at your job. You will also work well in a team, are able to work independently, and take responsibility and initiative as needed.

Skills, Duties and Experience

• Craft coffee using specialist equipment provided while following the exact recipe provided.
• Assist with food preparation as required.
• Keep service counters clean and fully stocked.
• Ensure food cabinets are stocked and tidy.
• Work well under supervision.
• Work well independently.
• Complete daily checklist jobs.
• Communicate with your team.
• Project a professional image to all customers ensuring correct grooming and dress code.
• Friendly, approachable and positive customer service focus.
• Have a solid knowledge and experience of coffee and food products and preparation.
• Experienced cash register and EFTPOS skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in work methods and procedures to ensure a smooth running operation.
• Willing and prepared for challenges.
