Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, following established recipes.
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food.
Front of House duties as required.
Ensure the highest quality in coffee brewing, grinding, and espresso extraction.
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, offering recommendations, and engaging with customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products.
Knowledge of various coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.
Food handler's certificate.
