The Venue

Located in the heart of Randwick, The DOG (or Duke of Gloucester) is a local institution. An iconic area favourite, it sits alongside Totti’s and The Royal Bondi, Coogee Pavilion, and The Paddington Precinct in Merivale’s growing eastern suburbs portfolio. Featuring over 30 beers on tap, The DOG is a haven for beer-lovers from all across Sydney serving next-level pub classics from its bistro with a warm local vibe.

The Role

We are after some fun, outgoing, energetic and bubbly bartenders to join the crew! The team here is new and excited, working very hard but always having a laugh along the way. Above all else, guest experience and engagement is our key priority. If you have a passion for people and hospitality, love fast paced environments and have previous experience behind the bar, with cocktail experience - then this is the role for you!
