JOB DESCRIPTION

As a bartender at Circo, you will be expected to always provide a friendly and efficient service, whilst correctly dispensing orders. At Circo we take care of our staff and encourage our team to reach the highest of their ability. Staff are always expected to work within accordance to the legislation requirements.


Main duties:
 Ensure all areas in the venue are clean, hazard free and customer friendly.
 Correctly dispense consumer orders and transactions.
 Ensure that guests needs are requirements are met.
 Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
 Glass collecting, toilet checks and stocking of bar.
 Understand venue policies and procedures.
 Report any suspicious behaviour.
 Treat all team members and consumers with respect.
 Required to at least work either 1 Monday or 1 Friday per week.
 Shift times fluctuate between our opening hours of Thurs-Sun 8-2am | Fri + Sat 8-4am.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Some bar experience would be preferred but full training will be provided by the venue.

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
