We're a new pizza place on Sydney Rd Brunswick just south of Moreland Road. We're looking for an experienced bartender who enjoys making cocktails, has an eye for detail and a strong feel for attentive service. We have an old world aesthetic and our focus is to provide strong, conscientius service within a fun and casual environment.
We need someone who is available and keen to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights with an eye to doing Mondays somewhere down the line too. At the moment we are offering about 20 hours over those four days - but that can possibly grow as we do.
