About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic all-rounders to join our incredible team! At The Marly, no two nights are the same — you’ll get to experience it all. From slinging cocktails and pouring pints behind the bar, to running food and jumping on the floor for a busy service, to hosting guests and supporting our cellar team — everyone tags in, helps out, and keeps the vibes high.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Serving drinks and cocktails with personality and efficiency.
Running food and supporting the bar and floor teams.
Hosting guests and ensuring every patron feels welcome and safe.
Working together to keep the venue looking and running its best.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
We’re looking for team members who bring energy, initiative, and a genuine love for hospitality. To thrive at The Marly, you’ll need:
Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a busy hospitality environment (bar, restaurant, or event space).
Valid NSW RSA (RCG preferred but not essential).
General knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling skills.
A strong sense of teamwork – you’re the kind of person who jumps in wherever needed.
Confidence in customer service – friendly, approachable, and professional under pressure.
Great communication skills – both with guests and your team.
Must be able to work late nights and weekends.
A focus on cleanliness, presentation, and safety at all times.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills across all areas – bar, floor, cellar, and hosting.
