Hard Road Brewing, located in Bayswater, is a dynamic brewery and kitchen dedicated to celebrating the best of local and small producers. Our bar is the face of our brand, with most of our beer sold right here, and we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Crafting Exceptional Drinks: Mixing and serving a focused menu of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair.

• Pouring Perfect Pints: Expertly pouring our own house brews and a curated selection of other local craft beers.

• Customer Engagement: Providing friendly, knowledgeable service, chatting to customers about our food and drinks menu, and making recommendations on local producers and pairings.

• Maintaining Excellence: Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and ensuring every drink goes out to our high standards of quality.

• Teamwork: Communication between our front-of-house and kitchen teams will deliver a perfect experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, with strong knowledge of both classic cocktails and craft beer.

• Passion for Quality: A genuine enthusiasm for local producers and a commitment to making good quality drinks every time.

• Energetic & Fun: A personality that contributes to a fun and energetic atmosphere while maintaining professionalism.

• Fast-Paced Ready: Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure during busy period.

We have up to 30 hours of barwork available each week, on a casual or permanent part-time basis, on specific or flexible shifts. No late night trade.

Plus, if you have other talents in marketing, content creation, digital design, events management we may be able to offer you a hybrid role.
