Your day to day

Available for immediate start.  As our Bartender, you will provide an outstanding level of service to all guests using your enthusiasm and confidence to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. Your passion and creativity for all things 'cocktail' will help bring our bar and restaurant to life!

As our next Bartender you will deliver:

• A thorough working knowledge of all cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and food items within the restaurant and bar.

• Maximise sales by upselling and making informed recommendations to guests.

• Bar set up for every service and adequate levels of mise en place is available throughout the delivery as advised by the bar management team as well as service stations if are fully stocked and set up to standard

What we need from you

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion and skill for delivering market leading cocktails and a discerning taste and experience in wines, spirits and liquors, with previous experience in a 5 star luxury establishment desirable.

You'll be a motivated, positive person with excellent interpersonal skills and have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and availability to work across a seven-day rotating roster.
