JOB DESCRIPTION

Bar Torino, the late-night heart of Double Bay’s hospitality scene, is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our team.

Located beneath Gran Torino, Bar Torino is where aperitivo turns into dinner, and dinner into drinks. It’s a vibrant space where Italian flavour meets warm hospitality, and expertly crafted cocktails are just the beginning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s best, in a bar that values creativity, consistency, and genuine connection with guests.

Whether you're shaking up signature cocktails or recommending the perfect amaro, you’ll be part of a team that delivers quality and atmosphere in equal measure - every night.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards
  • Engaging with guests and providing warm, knowledgeable service
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and consistency behind the bar

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience behind the bar in a fast-paced, high-end venue
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, service, and beverage craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm and confident under pressure, with great attention to detail
  • Current RSA certification is essential
