ROCKSTAR: Bartender at The Australian 18 Footers

When: 31 Dec, 2025 Shift: 31 Dec, 4pm-10pm Where: Double Bay, NSW Pay: $270.00 for 6.00hrs

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an experienced, fast, and reliable bartender to join our team for New Year’s Eve at the iconic 18 Footers Sailing Club in Double Bay.

This is a busy waterfront venue with strong cocktail, beer, and wine trade. You’ll be serving members and their guests from 4pm all the way up until 10:30pm leaving you free to head out and enjoy your own New Years party.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong bartending experience (cocktails, beer, wine)

  • Calm, professional, and efficient under pressure

  • RSA (NSW) required

  • Punctual, well-presented, and team-focused

  • NYE availability from 4pm through close (approx 10:30pm)

If you’re a solid bartender who knows how to handle a big night and keep standards high, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years bartending  experience
  • A sociable nature
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • A charming and confident personality is a bonus
