Amici Restaurant is looking for an experienced Casual Bartender to join our vibrant team over the busy holiday period. If you love great hospitality, know your way around a bar, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What we’re looking for:
• Proven bartending experience (cocktails, wine knowledge, service flow)
• Strong work ethic and great customer service skills
• Confident, friendly and able to work well under pressure
• Availability during nights and weekends is essential
• A positive attitude and readiness to jump in wherever needed

What you’ll be doing:
• Crafting quality drinks with consistency
• Providing warm, attentive service to every guest
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient bar
• Supporting the team during peak holiday trade

• A valid QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Strong customer service skills and confident communication

• The ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays

• A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work well under pressure
