How to Make the Starting Lineup:

• A minimum of 2yrs Hospitality 
• Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
• RSA Certificate and TAB Certificate

• Proven experience as a Bartender mixing, serving and providing great customer service
• Promoting our loyalty program to our customers
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Support on the floor when required - All-rounder
