Position: Bartender Location: Goros, Sydney Type: Part-time, weekend-heavy

Goros, a vibrant Japanese-inspired late-night venue in Sydney, is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team. Our venue offers a unique blend of cocktails, karaoke, and a dancefloor, creating a lively atmosphere for our patrons. If you are passionate about fun cocktails, Saké, Japan, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in a late-night setting, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Opening and Closing a bar 
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Adhere to NSW liquor regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and pre-batching 
• Ability to work late nights, including Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility for Wednesday and Thursday shifts on rotation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• RSA certification and RCG if possible 
• Availability to work weekends and public holiday
