House Bar, Barangaroo House is currently looking to add another seasonal bartender to the team, who thrives behind the bar and loves all that the hospitality industry has to offer.   
House Bar is the perfect fusion of a cocktail bar and a casual bar. We have pride in being able to serve everything from the finest classic cocktails to the perfect, crisp pint. Our food menu is a spin-off of Rekodo, our Japanese-inspired restaurant – approachable for everyone. Being on the ground floor with an open-plan venue and terrace makes the dazzling harbor views hard to miss. Live entertainment ties it all together to make House Bar the Barangaroo destination.  
Barangaroo House as a whole is an all-encompassing hospitality experience with three levels offering unique experiences, a waterfront bar on the ground floor, a wholesome restaurant at the heart & a groovy rooftop bar at the crest. Cocktail Bartender
Bar Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


For this position, the ideal candidate will have: 

  • A current and valid NSW RSA 

  • Experience and knowledge a high-volume bar

  • Is a cross Classic cocktails and is eager to learn and follow seasonal menu changes

  • Positive, go-get attitude 

  • Team player 

  • Minimum experience of 18 months in a similar role
