Are you an experienced bartender ready to help build Sydney's next great cocktail focussed live music venue from the ground up?

We are searching for creative and dedicated bartenders to join the opening team of a thrilling new live music venue and cocktail bar in the heart of Sydney. This is your chance to be a foundational member of the team, shaping the culture and service of what will be a haven for lovers of incredible cocktails and live music, seven nights a week.

About the Venue:

We are bringing a new landmark to Sydney's nightlife: a destination dedicated to exceptional drinks and immersive live jazz, open until 2am, seven nights a week. Our stage will host the city's best musicians. Our bar team will be the driving force behind an inventive world-class cocktail program. The bar will include an extensive back bar of curious spirits from across the globe and a thoughtful beer and wine offering. It’s an environment built for those who love to create unforgettable guest experiences while working with some of the industries best.

What you'll bring to the role:

• More than 3 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume cocktail-focused venue.

• A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every single guest.

• A solid understanding of classic cocktails and efficient, high-quality drink preparation.

• A collaborative spirit and a desire to learn and grow with a supportive team.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.

• A firm commitment to upholding a safe and inclusive environment for both staff and patrons.
