Bartender with Cocktail Experience at Radio Mexico

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a bartender with cocktail experience for 20-30 hours per week.  We are an Iconic Mexican restaurant in St Kilda, famous for its perfect Margaritas, friendly casual atmosphere, great staff and delicious food.

The applicant should know classic cocktails and have a good general knowledge of beverage.  We are a very high volume bar so the applicant also needs to be able to work well in a team and under pressure.

All rounder abilities always appreciated at Radio Mexico so if you have supervisor, waiter, host or function skills we are able to offer more hours and flexiblity.

Early finishes by 11pm. Regular rosters posted in advance.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirments:

- Friendly, open personality

- RSA

- Casual but neat attire

- To be able to work independantly and be entirely trustworthy and accountable to the team

- Ability to work weekends (but we are flexible when time off is required)

- Desire and ability to produce high quality and consistent product

- Tequila and Mezcal experience an advantage but not essential
