Le Bon Ton is on the hunt for an energetic, skilled, and charismatic Bartender to join our tight-knit team. If you love great drinks, great food, and delivering warm Southern-style hospitality, this is the role for you.

As a Bartender at Le Bon Ton, you will:

• Create consistently high-quality cocktails, spirits, and beverages

• Provide exceptional, efficient, and friendly service

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

• Deliver fast-paced service during high-volume periods

• Follow RSA guidelines and uphold venue standards

• Work closely with the whole team to create memorable experiences for guests

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar experience in a busy venue (cocktail knowledge essential)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stay calm, professional, and positive under pressure

• A passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Confidence with classic cocktails, beers, wine, and spirits

• Current RSA (required)

• Reliability, punctuality, and a great attitude

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a current RSA, a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, and a commitment to maintaining professional service standards. You must have an all-black uniform, be available to work most weeknights as well as all Saturdays, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
