We are searching for experienced mobile cocktail bartenders / mixologists to join our team. You must be dynamic and passionate about cocktails, with at least 2 years bar experience.  

You will demonstrate confidence, be charasmatic, presentable and outgoing, ensuring our guests receive a memorable experience every time.  We are a franchised company so seeking casual weekend staff who love hospitality and are flexible to work in different locations each week. Our work takes us into private homes, corporate offices, large venues, outdoor areas and more. 

Other requirements include;

• Confidence in addressing a crowd - we teach cocktail classes and priority will be given to those who are confident and can instruct or have had experience in instructing groups.
• Vehicle and licence - you must have your own car and a current valid drivers licence as we are 100% mobile. This role requires you to be available to travel on weekends to various locations.
• A current Victorian RSA is essential.   
• Food Handlers certificate - some of our events include handling and serving food.
• Ability to confidently coordinate or supervise an event and staff if required.
