Our small boutique cocktail-gin bar in the posh end of the Valley is searching for a bartender / mixologist to join our team. Ongoing Friday & Saturday currently avaiable and more shfts as we get into Summer. Cocktail experience preferred although not essential.
You will demonstrate creativity and confidence, and be passionate about ensuring our guests receive a thoughtful and individual service with clever and unexpected touches. The ability to talk forever about your favourie subjects; gin, whiskey and rum will be well regarded
We are a small team where we all muck in - honesty is key - good humour is non negotiable and whinging is forbidden.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
