JOB DESCRIPTION

Crafty Squire is currently looking for some fresh faces to join our bar team!  You must be enthusiastic and hard working with a good undertstanding of running a dispense bar mixed with customer facing service all while under the pump!. The ideal candidate will have bar & cocktail knowledge be a great team player but also strong enough behind the bar to fly solo.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Valid RSA Card;
  •  Some experience in similar role in high volume bar/ restaurant preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Beer, wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge
  • Ability to work as a team player but also independently without supervision;
  • A top level work ethic and excellent personal presentation
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends 
  • Availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

You will be required to:

  • Meet high service standards and guest expectations
  • Create a positive and highly motivated work environment
  • Provide unbeatable customer service

Cocktail Bartender

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current RSA
  • Full working rights
  • Must be able to work weekends and late nights

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
