About our Terrace Rooftop Bar:
The Terrace boasts sweeping skyline views and a distinctive open-air rooftop experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of service in all guest interactions, in line with Emporium's Service Promises
Enter orders accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system
Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Take guest orders while maximising sales opportunities through strong product knowledge
Ensure hygienic food and beverage service practices are followed at all times
Maintain current RSA certification and adhering to responsible service principles
Perform opening and closing duties, as required
Create enriching experiences for our guests by ensuring they are welcomed and served in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
About you
Demonstrated prior experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment (4-5 star Hotel experience advantageous, although enthusiasm and the right attitude goes a long way!)
Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage with a focus on classic and contemporary cocktails, beers, spirits and wine;
Organised and proactive, with a focus on adding value to the team.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to maintain Grace under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Outstanding personal presentation with style and charisma
A passion for food and beverage, with a desire to work in a five-star hotel environment
A ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work a rotating roster over 7-days (including nights)
A current RSA and eligibility to work in Australia.
