Bar Torino and Gran Torino are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our team.

Housed in the heritage-listed Gaden House in Double Bay, Gran Torino and Bar Torino are the latest additions to Neil Perry’s celebrated collection of venues.
These vibrant spaces bring together the bold flavours of Italy, warm and welcoming hospitality, and a cocktail experience that’s just the beginning of what’s on offer.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience behind the bar in a fast-paced, high-end venue
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• A genuine passion for hospitality, service, and beverage craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support junior staff and lead by example during busy service
• Calm and confident under pressure, with great attention to detail
• Current RSA certification is essential

Whether you're shaking up signature cocktails or recommending the perfect amaro, you’ll be part of a team that delivers quality and atmosphere in equal measure—every night.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards
• Engaging with guests and providing warm, knowledgeable service
• Supporting the Bar Manager in daily operations and service coordination
• Helping train and mentor junior team members
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and consistency behind the bar
