We are seeking proffessional Bartenders who have the passion and ability to provide our guests with a superior dining experience.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Crafting & serving cocktails, wines & other beverages sold

- Interacting with guests at the bar

- Stock management 

- Assiting the team with tables when  necessary & selling drinks

What we need from the right candidate: 

- Know the basic cocktails

- Have a decent understanding of wines, beers & spirits

- Not scared to get on the floor and sell

- Solid work ethic & great attitude

- Take pride in your presentation

• To deliver excellent customer service at all times
• To ensure customer satisfaction within the bar and restaurant
• Practice good hygiene & neat presentation
• To assist the Bar Manager & FOH team in all day to day operations
• RSA & I'm Alert Food Safety certificate
