Since 2006, Lucky Coq has become a southside favourite as part of the Colonial Leisure Group. We're not just a bar, or a pizza joint, or a club – we're an all-in-one, and everything that hits the spot, with the emphasis on comfort, value, and entertainment being a real focal point each night of the week alongside with our famous pizzas taking the centre stage every lunch and dinner, with a price tag that's hard to resist.  

EDUCATION

At CLG, we understand that education and self-development are among the most critical factors in job satisfaction. We also want your time with us to be a memorable experience and learnings that stay with you for a lifetime. 

In addition to our training and career pathways, our online Academy – Mise en Place - can provide eligible team members with recognized Certificates in Hospitality, you will be able to work and study at the same time. These courses include: 

•       Certificate III Hospitality

•       Apprenticeship in Front of House

REQUIREMENTS


We care about development and training working alongside our professional team, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to gain experience and grow in a vibrant, fast paced environment. The candidate needs to be enthusiastic, passionate and show a strong knowledge of Melbourne's entertainment and bar scene along with demonstrating strong general problem solving skills and team work.
