The highly anticipated, newly renovated venue will restore this heritage hotel to its full glory. Casual contemporary finishes perfectly complementing the heritage structure of this grand old building with a rooftop bar, public bar, dining room, courtyard and function room spanning over two levels. We are looking for Perth's Hospitality superstars to join our team and welcome the public back to this historic venue!.

We are looking for bartenders & wait staff to join our team. Available to work nights and weekends. Must be able to work at a speed and under the pressure of a our busy venue to join our team. What you’ll bring to the table

• Works well under pressure
• Works well in a Team
• RSA 
• RSG - Ideal or willing to onbtain
• Have had previous experience as a Bartender or Wait staff in a busy environment
