Looking for some new faces to join our close knit team here at Forrester's in Surry Hills.
Our venue breaks down into 3 different sections, with a busy Public Bar combining with a more refined Restaurant and a separate function bar Upstairs.

We are looking for candidates to work across all bars with a strong flexibility in shifts. Floor staff would be predominantly focused in the Restaurant, with some attention in the Public Bar and Upstairs during busy trades.

Ideally looking for someone who has experience in a high volume Pub environment. Cocktail experience is preferred but certainly not necessary, with training provided on the job.

Hours can vary between 15 hours per week to 38 hours per week, depending on your availability.

Dress Code is smart casual (Navy or Mustard button up, with dark pants and dark footwear)

• 1 years’ experience in a customer service role working in a similar environment
• A valid NSW RSA 
• Interest in food and wine
• A good understanding of working a service in a busy pub
• Experience using POS systems
• Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
• An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
