Located in the heart of Broadbeach, just 200m from patrolled beaches, Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is a luxurious five-star hotel, featuring 296 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, all with breathtaking Pacific Ocean or Hinterland views. We are currently looking for a fulltime Food & Beverage Ambassador to join Sofitel during our current expansion of our Restaurant outlets.  You will be located in Room81, our award winning fine dining restaurant.   

Our Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional service whilst preparing and serving a range of beverage options. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing a friendly and personal welcome for guests, constantly attentive to their needs
• Establishing good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
• Promoting the bar offer and helping create a good atmosphere
• Taking orders, serving guests and handling cash operations..

About You

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Immaculate, professional presentation
• Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Sound work ethic, and willingness to be part of a fast-paced, service driven team
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
