Inspired by the neighborhood’s vibrant rhythm, Ace Sydney is home to a bustling public Lobby alive nearly nightly with DJs and performers, a rebellious art program and sunken lounge just off the Lobby bar. We’ve also got three distinct restaurants led by award-winning culinary pros, including our 18th-floor restaurant-and-bar Kiln; our oasis for fresh, seasonal fare called LOAM; and a day-to-night laneway cafe, Good Chemistry. The Gig

As a Cocktail Bartender, you will craft and serve a variety of house and specialty cocktails with precision and flair while providing expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings to elevate the guest experience. You will take orders through the POS system and assist with both bar and table service as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. With a proactive approach, you will anticipate guest needs to deliver seamless service and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar operations.

1. Previous cocktail bartending experience with a solid understanding of mixology.
2. Confident in shaking, stirring, and serving up great drinks.
3. Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
4. Available to work nights, Tuesday - Sunday.
5. A team player who brings good vibes and a proactive attitude.
6. Adaptable and able to keep cool under pressure.
7. Naturally connects with people and makes guests feel welcome.
8. Holds a current NSW RSA card
