JOB DESCRIPTION

IRIS Hotel Group spans multiple, well known, large turnover venues within the Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, with a variety of dining and entertainment offerings.

A Great Opportunity to work in the Blacktown Tavern Bottle shop.

We are looking for an experienced retail bottle shop person who enjoys taking ownership and being part of a fun and enthusiastic team.

REQUIREMENTS

1 years’ experience in a similar position or enthusiastic to learn.
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts.
Previous Bottle shop Experience Required
Liquor and bottle shop management experience.
In depth wine, beer, and liquor knowledge or enthusiastic to learn.
Maintain a high standard of customer service to all patrons whilst ensuring compliance with company policy and government regulations.
Managing store presentations.
The candidate must be flexible and available to work full time hours per week.
Hold an RSA
The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality.
Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence
