JOB DESCRIPTION

A Great Opportunity to work in the Iconic Steyne Hotel Bottleshop

We are looking for an experienced retail bottle shop person who enjoys taking ownership and being part of a fun and enthusiastic team. 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bottle Shop attendant
Assistant Manager
Duty Manager
Food & Beverage Manager
Shift Manager
Venue Manager
Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
  • Previous Bottleshop Experience Required
  • Liquor and bottleshop management experience.
  • In depth wine, beer, and liquor knowledge.
  • A sound understanding of working with profit targets.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service to all patrons whilst ensuring compliance with company policy and government regulations.
  • Managing store presentations. 
  • Working with suppliers to refine stock range.
  • Marketing and general administration.
  • The candidate must be flexible and available to work full time hours per week.
  • Hold an RSA or Approved Managers Licence
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • Covid-19 Vaccinated.
