To be short listed for this role you will be

• A fully qualified Commis or Demi chef having worked  in a similarly fast paced restaurant or hotel environment
• Be able to maintain a good rapport with FOH to ensure timely delivery of service ensuring a consistently excellent product
• Be well presented and work well under pressure - our breakfast kitchen is “open” and you will often interact directly with guests
