We are on the hunt for new Bussies at Cookie. 

Who we are - Cookie is on Level 1 of the infamous Curtin House on Swanston St - est. nearly 20 years ago! We are a traditional but elevated Thai restaurant, European style Beer Hall and a cheeky Cocktail Bar 'round the back'

We consider our bussies a crucial part of our team and the pillar to our well-functioning bar and restaurant. Happy to train people in the role and help them develop the skills to move onto the bar/ restaurant or cocktail bar. 

Responsibilities: 

- Collecting and clearing glassware

- Helping maintain a clean venue

- Bussing dirty glasses and plates from tables

- Polishing glassware

- Prepping the bar 

- Keg changes as well as helping move/ put away stock

-  Support bar manager with certain bar duties (line cleaning, stocktake, stock deliveries, weekly cleaning

Our Ideal canidate:  

- Harding working and enthusiastic 
- Available weekends and/ or late nights
