EVRA Market is looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our café and marketplace team. The role suits someone who is confident in conversation, able to build rapport with customers, and comfortable working proactively within a small team. EVRA is an organic, seed oil free venue that offers a deli, marketplace, coffee bar and smoothie station, so the position offers a wide variety of tasks each day. Located in Long Island Newstead, we have established a loyal customer base and want our staff to help curate the community feel by providing excellent customer service.
Role Responsibilities:
Serving customers in the deli and marketplace
Preparing lunch boxes, smoothies and simple food items
Assisting with general store presentation and restocking
End of day cleaning

Key Qualities:
Warm, approachable and confident with customers
Chatty and personable, with a genuine interest in customer service
Proactive team member – able to work independently and keep busy
Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential for candidates with the right attitude
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
