We are seeking talented and dedicated Café All Rounders. This exciting opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand and grow their knowledge in the coffee industry and who are passionate about customer service. 

We are currently seeking to fill 2 positions at our Southport store.

About you

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or café environment
• Available 20-25 hours per week, with 7-day flexibility 
• Barista experience preferred, but not essential 
• A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work
• Work well in a busy environment  
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Fast hands and an ability to work autonomously and in a team
• A demonstrated understanding of the Merlo workplace culture
