We're looking for some baristas, and some cafe/deli staff.

The Hawthorne Garage is a fast paced environment. Nestled in amongst Brisbane’s Eastern Suburbs, Hawthorne Garage is your local Grocer that gives you a one stop shopping solution for anything and everything gourmet.

A shopping experience that brings together the value of fresh food with excellent service in a unique environment is what sets Hawthorne Garage apart. The iconic old ‘garage’ is the perfect fit for your daily shop with its extensive range of fresh produce, delicatessen, espresso bar, grocery & organic options.

This role is varied and includes:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to a great customer base.
• A skill to provide the best store presentation standards.
• Food preparation with creative ability a must.
• Ensuring the highest standards are kept

The successful applicant will have an enthusiasm for retail and at least 2 years café experience. Additional skills and attributes include:

• A sound knowledge of safe work practices
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to build and develop a strong team work ethic

Available 20 - 35 hours a week. 
Available for shifts between 5am and 8:30pm.
Available at least one day on the weekends.
Applicant must have good availability.
