We are actively seeking Cafe All-Rounders at Jamaica Blue in Moore Park who share a deep passion for coffee and excel in top-class customer service. If you embody the following attributes, we would love for you to join our team:
Passionate Customer Service: Devoted to providing exceptional customer service and fostering relationships with our regular patrons.
Café Environment Prodigy: Natural in a café setting, always ready to lend a helping hand to colleagues when needed.
Objective Thinker: Possesses an objective mindset, collaborating effectively with teams in researching new equipment, practices, and methods.
Leadership and Training Skills: Capable of both listening and leading, with the ability to assist in the training of new colleagues.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
