Brown Cow Hampton is seeking a hands on morning Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar cafe/restaurant management position.
Proven experience in Cost Control, Rostering, Stock Control and Staff Training is an advantage. We are looking for a hard-working and commited individual to lead by example and to motivate our team.
You will be coordinating the day to day operation of a busy high volume, quality Cafe Bar Restaurant, building relationships with our guests and providing an excellent level of customer service to everyone that walks in the door, from a quick takeaway coffee to a 3 course business lunch.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
