We are an iconic, stand-alone USA/German sausage hot dog and sausage cook-at-the-counter experience. Known for our quality dogs, we are seeking an experienced Café All-Rounder to join our team.

The All-Rounder:

We are looking for an experienced café all-rounder who can grill German sausages, fry loaded USA chips, and engage with our takeaway regulars with a positive attitude. This exclusive, one-off takeaway role is for someone who loves excellence, enjoys being in charge, is organized, and has a cheerful disposition.

Job Description:

This can be one full-time position or two part-time positions with negotiable hours ranging from 20 to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our opening hours are from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, plus time for setup and clean down. Start and finish times can be negotiated.

Responsibilities:

• Cooking and serving customers with a small hotdog and sausage menu, along with chips.
• Daily food readiness, setup, and closedown.
• Cleaning and maintaining the cooking and prep area.

Essentials:

• Prior experience in a similar setting.
• Comfortable working in a small, organized, and busy environment.
• Excellent personal hygiene, great presentation, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Willingness to adapt and be flexible.
