Coming Soon – August 2024: Amatrice Cremorne, a slick Italian rooftop restaurant with city skyline views and ground floor cafe slinging coffees, pasta and panini. The restaurant will have some of Melbourne’s best views across the MCG to the CBD, with a glasshouse conservatory for all-season dining. The café will host an outpost of Stefanino Panino in a beautiful space with 6m ceilings.
About us
Amatrice is the creation of two Melbourne restaurateurs – Dave Parker (San Telmo, Pastuso, Palermo, Asado, Robata, Neptune Food & Wine) and Alex Brawn (owner of shore-side Williamstown diner Sebastian). Amatrice Cremorne is the first in a planned group of Italian restaurants, bars and cafes by the duo.

With growth comes a exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Café Head Chef to oversee the operations of this new venue. Leading the café brigade and working closely with the Front of House Manager and Venue Manager to deliver an experience worthy of consideration amongst Melbourne’s most renowned hospitality venues.
We are searching for the best. A visionary chef with the skills to train and develop, and the drive to achieve business objectives. Key to success is a strategic long-term approach to recruitment, training and leadership.
