Tasks & responsibilities

• Managing purchasing and pricing of goods while adhering to set budgets.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Ensuring that all dining facilities comply with health regulations, cleanliness standards, and present a welcoming appearance.
• Regularly conferring with customers to gauge their satisfaction with meals and service and using this feedback to implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Selecting, training, and supervising both waitstaff and bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Roster and plan weekly team schedules to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Overseeing reservations, warmly greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders when necessary.
