JOB DESCRIPTION

Le Bon Choix is seeking a motivated and experienced Cafe Manager for the Pacific Fair Location. 

Location: Pacific Fair , Gold Coast

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the position you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in cafe management, and a proven track record. The following skills and personal attributes we are looking for:

* Able to acheive KPI's and write rosters
* Dedication and pride in every task carried out

* Have a "can do" attitude with a drive to deliver excellence in customer service
* Providing staff training and development

* Must have Barista experience and skills****

You must be able to follow set budgets and control wastage and sales ratios, weekly report, wage report as well as be able to integrate store rosters.

*Some weekend work is involved and full availability essential
