Applejack is stoked to announce that in collaboration with URBNSURF, we will be opening Sydney’s first wave park and hospitality precinct at Olympic Park in April 2024.  
  
Applejack + URBNSURF Sydney sits on a 3.6-hectare site and will accommodate up to 1,400 daily visitors, 7 days a week. While URBNSURF will manage the world-class Wave Garden technology and park operation, Applejack will manage the hospitality side of things.

We are currently looking for Management to help run our Sandy's Kiosk and RAFI 2.0

• All-Day Café, Casual Eatery, and Cocktail Bar: 'Sandy's' located on the ground-floor will cater to guests, board riders, and pool enthusiasts year-round, sunrise to past sunset - from breakfast through to dinner, coffee to cocktails.
• Im looking for a Manager on Duty to help run the shifts, and an Assistant Manager to oversee the kiosk alongside the Cafe Manager.
• Upsccale Restaurant Dining: RAFI which you'd likely know from North Sydney is coming to Sydney Olympic Park. Elevated dining, coastal menu designed to share, this will be for diners wanting a little extra.
• Im looking for a Venue Manager, Assistant Manager and Assistant Beverage Manager to join the team come May.

We'd love for you to bring the below to our team:

• Passionate and knowledgeable about food and beverage
• Outgoing, talkative, confident and energetic when speaking with both guests and colleagues
• Confident in running a shift, leading a team and ability to assist with opening & closing of the venue
• Love a busy and fast paced work environment
• The ability to keep your team motivated and working closely with the Precinct Manager to achieve results
• Flexibility when it comes to rosters 
• Barista and cocktail knoweldge would be highly advantageous
