JOB DESCRIPTION

Zoobibi is a design led venue inspired by the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Customers dine on Middle Eastern food in a serene, light filled indoor courtyard inspired by the Riads of Marrakech - Moorish arches, mosaic tiles and palm trees.

By day we are a cafe...and by night we transform into a private event space and live music venue.

This role is the dream gig for a hospitality professional who is looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. An experienced Hospitality Manager to support in the management of the day-to-day operations of our Hospitality business – Café and Events.

This is a daytime role - no night shifts!

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in leading a team and at least 2 years under the belt in venue management
  • Sound knowledge of coffee, cocktails, bar + food operations
  • Strong communication + leadership skills
  • Experience in managing + mentoring a team - training, rostering + HR.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service + creating unique experiences for our community.
  • Possess a high-level of spoken and written English
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Possess a willingness to learn and contribute to positive business outcomes and goals
  • Love customer service and enjoy looking after our customers.
  • Enjoy a busy and dynamic workplace.
  • Day shifts only - opening and closing shifts.
  • Current RSA
  • Must have current Australian working rights to apply.

Pay: $68,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
