Bossy Boots is a highly popular Cafe and Take home food store in Brighton. We are now in our 17th year and still going strong. We have a professional kitchen Brigade of 9 with a separate Pastry kitchen. 24 staff in total and we are Chef owner operators.

We have a very loyal following and all our product is made onsite with the finest ingredients. We make all our own Cakes and Pastries and have a magnificent range of take home food made fresh daily.

We are looking for an experienced professional Supervisor to help lead our team with a big personality while working in a fun, fast & friendly environment.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of Bossy Boots including:

Rostering, delegating, ordering, stock rotation and helping train new staff.

This person will be firm and fair in leading their team and have emotional intelligence. 

The successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar fast paced Cafe or restaurant environment.

You will have extensive knowledge in POS systems and be able to up sell effectively. Your knowledge of Food must be of a very high standard & you will be a true “Foodie”. Passionate with a great attitude, this is what we require at Bossy Boots. 

We are happy to pay for exceptional skill & are equally very specific in what we are looking for in our new team leader.

This person will be dynamic and have a special touch.

We are open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch. We also do catering, online ordering and deliveries.

We offer day time hours only. 7 - 3.30pm, no split shifts and job stability.

Experience is essential a true Hospitality individual with a great attitude.

RSA and Barista skills are a must have.

We have shifts available Monday to Sunday 

Additional requirements for this role are a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a similar business.Being able to lead a team well and happy to take responsibility. RSA is a requirement as are coffee making skills. You will also be required to do rosters with the help and support of management.

Our dress code is smart/casual. We close annually for 5 weeks at Christmas and we close all public holidays.
